Each program has 2 screens of projection data collection fields that need to have projection data entered in order for the program to perform the necessary calculations.

Each program has a row of action buttons at the bottom of the screen that are used to provide easy functionality with the program. All the programs will work the same.

Tapping the (Done) button with the PDA stylus will exit the program returning the user to the Cattleman’s Calculator main menu.

Tapping the (Save) button with the PDA stylus will save the data collected in the data entry fields to the PDA database. The <Lot Identifier> data entry field is used as the identifying name for the projection within the program.

Tapping the (Del) button with the PDA stylus will enable the user to delete from the PDA database the current displayed <Lot Identifier> projection.

Tapping the (Calc) button with the PDA stylus will display the projection calculations for the current program. The (Calc) button will only appear when all the data collection fields in both screens are filled in.

Tapping the (List) button with the PDA stylus will display the <Lot Identifier> name of all the current saved projections for the current program. Tapping on the <Lot Identifier> of this List screen will display the <Lot Identifier> data collected in the program’s 2 data entry screen.

Tapping the (NxtSc) button with the PDA stylus will display the second screen of the current program.
